Click the microphone and speak — your words appear as text you can edit, copy or download. Twelve languages are supported including Sinhala and Tamil, which makes typing in those scripts far faster than a keyboard.
Say "full stop", "comma", "question mark" or "new paragraph" and they are typed as real punctuation.

Which browsers support this?
Chrome, Edge and Safari. Firefox does not implement the speech recognition API yet.
Is my voice recorded?
This page never receives your audio. Recognition is performed by your browser's own speech service, and only the resulting text appears in the box.
How do I improve accuracy?
Use a quiet room, speak at a normal pace rather than slowly, and pick the language variant closest to your accent.
