About the Random Number Generator
Set a minimum and maximum, choose how many numbers you want, and decide whether repeats are allowed. By default the numbers come from your browser's cryptographic random source, which is far better than an ordinary random function for draws and giveaways.
Every draw is kept in a short history so you can show people what came up and when.

Is this truly random?
It uses the operating system's cryptographic random generator, which is as unpredictable as software can reasonably get.
